Dim Sum Sunday Roundup

We had some excellent participation for our most recent Dim Sum Sunday and wanted to share the love.
Dim Sum Sunday stalwart Susan over at 29 Black Street  can't resist the love of a fat grilled hotdog with homemade sweet chili sauce.

The Troll brings it strong with his lighter version of a Hot Brown in honor of the Kentucky Derby over at the Troll Report. 

Buzzkill finds comfort in trying a new recipe with excess potatoes and comes up with something the family likes with his Caribbean Sweet Potato Salad.

Dim Sum Sunday virgin Billjac tinkers with one of my favorites, Creamy Mac and Cheese. Thanks for joining our little group.

Last but certainly not least, La Diva made a mouth watering Turkey Meatloaf layered with spinach and sun dried tomatoes (hmmmm sun dried tomatoes) with mashed potatoes that will comfort the pickiest of eaters.
