Did not see that one coming.

I felt perhaps my other post was a bit mean...

Jen's behavior was just shocking! I just can't believe how rude she was, and therefore, even though I had rooted for her in her season I am not sorry to see her go. That sort of drama is not what I look forward to every Wednesday.

I love bacon in all its manifestations, but a wet soggy slab? Barf. O. Rama. I knew she'd be going down for that (although, I also thought the lil' elf deserved it for her two-stitch thumb cut). I liked Jenn last season and was pulling for her to make the top tier this time. Not anymore. There's a difference between sticking up for oneself and being a whiny-ass baby.

I think if Jen (after realizing the pork was mushy) had sliced it down and quick fried or broiled it, Jamie would have been going home. And I don't care how good you are, if you disrespect the umpire, you're not going to get the low strike call.

The good news is that it looks like you have material for this week's WTF contest.

wow-zer, is this the same person from last season? I agree, I did not see this one coming either, but I agree with everyone about the bacon. If I know it should be cripy-fied, otherwise you basically are cooking up SPAM.

Captain Obvious has had soggy bacon in Ireland.

Captain Obvious says that soggy bacon is not good.

Not having watched Season 6, I'm not as emotionally invested in those chefs, so - eh - I still want to know how Jamie disappearing for hours to get two stitches preserved her from the flames.
