Inferno Sauce

Time for another entry into the hot and spicy sauce arena. This one comes from an unexpected corner of the world....IRELAND???

Mic's Chili sauce

Mic's Chili , as far as I know is not available in this country. However if you're in Kilcoole, County Wicklow, go crazy.

To heck with eating it - I'd love the bottles for their graphic impact alone!

I love it! I want a bottle of each to try. And yes, for the artistic element on the bottles as well...

I bet it goes down good with Irish Pub food...

He got inspired back in 1994 on a trip to Belize.

Good goddess I loves me some fusion food.

Yeah, I knew Dani would like it. But does she know anyone in Ireland?

I like spicy probably more than most people. But some of the stuff out there is more for dares and wagers than for flavor. Although this looks interesting, I'll take the old McIlhenny Tabasco Sauce any day.

Irish hot sauce? Who knew? Can't be as good as my favorite, Cholula. I LOVE that stuff.

Captain Obvious says:

Having ventured to Ireland several times, CO can say that nothing there was even remotely spicy. The only thing anybody in Ireland eats that has a minute level of spice is curry and it's extremely toned down. There's supposedly Thai food(much like the Thai food CO had in Orlando, but that's a different story......CO also saw Chinese), but even that is laughable.

Maybe this hot sauce is different. It would make the world a better place.
