Simple

I love simple. Here's a little treat that couldn't be any simpler.
Goat cheese cut into coins, wrap those slices with thinly sliced pancetta, then crisp up in a little hot olive oil. Finish it off with a little drizzle of honey. Now you've got an amazing little bite that hits the creamy, salty and sweet notes all at once. Pair it up with a good crusty bread and you've just spoiled yourself. Enjoy.

Oh my god. So basically you're frying bacon-wrapped cheese and drizzling it with honey. Haha yeah you can't possibly go wrong there. That's gorgeous!!! What is that spoon thing you're displaying the finished item in? It's really nice!

It's a three compartment serving dish. These little bites are AWESOME. Wish I could share...

I like that you drizzled it with honey. Makes my mouth water just thinking of biting into one!

That would make a great amuse-bouche. Simple, elegant and bite sized.

OMG. Your photos ALWAYS make me hungry, Shamu. Just realized I spent all evening getting a new post up (trying to embed video, etc.) and forgot to eat. So I am seriously hungry now.

yummo !! (another Rachel Ray-ism - smack). Anything & everything tastes better wrapped in pancetta, prosciutto and/or bacon.

I love bacon with sweet! Maple syrup, usually, but honey works just as well. I have to bring a dish to my wine group this weekend and is a strong possibility. I could wrap beforehand, bring olive oil and honey, then fry up on the spot.
