Goat cheese cut into coins, wrap those slices with thinly sliced pancetta, then crisp up in a little hot olive oil. 
Finish it off with a little drizzle of honey. Now you've got an amazing little bite that hits the creamy, salty and sweet notes all at once. Pair it up with a good crusty bread and you've just spoiled yourself. Enjoy.
