Dim Sum Sunday - Summer Soups

Our next Dim Sum Sunday will be on August 2nd and the theme was suggested by one of our commenters, Summer Soups. With our gardens ramping up their tomato and summer squash output (sorry Florida, I know your gardens have passed to the great beyond) it's time for a nice and possibly cool refreshing summer soup.So don't be a Soup Nazi and come back here on August 2nd and show us your best summer soup.

    Does it have to be a chilled soup? I have an idea but I don't really like cool soups that much. (gazpacho tastes like i"m eating salsa!) I'm going to go for it and serve it "tepid!' haha!

    Diva, I'm pretty sure the Dim Sum rules are lax enough for you make any sort of soup you want, hot, cold or lukewarm. I bet even Chocolate Soup would qualify.
