The Rabbits are so jealous

We have pea blossoms.  You know what that means?

    Jackson is ALWAYS on high alert. He tries to hypnotize the bunnies by staring at them from the back door.

    I want to grow string beans this year. I have to get them in the ground real quick and in a hurry. I usually put an additional layer of chicken wire around the beans to thwart the bunnies. They're usually smarter than me though.

    Moi, it is amazing and what will be more amazing is if my little plants produce enough to at least make a side dish. Trying to figure out the best offering to make to Mother Nature to ensure just such an occasion.

    Buzz, that was a staple of my parents garden, so much so that we ate home canned green beans all winter. The bunnies are not really smarter just hard headed. I keep hoping the neighborhood hawk would help keep the population down but he must be off divebombing backyard chicken coops.

    Kathy, that distinction will not save them from the Wrath of Action Jackson.

    Gah - I missed this until The Sweeties said I WANT TO LOOK AT SHAMY'S BLOG, I WANT TO SEE FOOOOOOD!!!

    Anyway, we scrolled down and ooo-ed and aaaahhh-ed our way to your Check Please episode, which we watched with great enjoyment. The problem was when you came up for your restaurant we all kept patting the screen. snort. Also, now we all want sushi. Gah!
