    The crust on the second one looks spectacular. If only you hadn't committed to okra for the filling. Haha

    I mean that the best part of the crust got ripped off by it's protective aluminum foil covering. The filling was at least edible.

    Having grown up in a south asian family I like okra cooked in a certain way, but this i have to admit excites me - looking forward to seeing the perfected recipe which I am sure you've posted, so I'll catch up on the reading.
