Alright my little TC Crack Monkeys, time for you to write your own caption. Let's try and keep it fairly clean but let's face it, there's an avenue that's begging to be strolled down...
Something from The Fellowship of the Rings - 'Tis Me, Padma, all bow down in fear and love!' (This could be a hallucination from all the cold medication I'm taking...)
My caption is "Bull$#!t. Nobody had Padma out there randomly hailing cabs. Phhhht. All staged. As if they just couldn't wait to get from one restaurant to the next. Please."
I was rolling my eyes at the whole thing.
Also. Marea. I could never eat there. Makes me feel mareada. Who names these places? Is the word marea so different in Italian than in Spanish? Who wants to eat at a place where the name is the Spanish verb form for nausea???????? Por favor. Seriously every time I see that I feel a twinge, and not a fun one.
"I told you, I only had ONE martini. See? I'm walking the line perfectshly."
As for me, I just want it known for the record how much I hate Padma's dress. The color, the volume, the way it one-shoulders itself on one side and slip slides itself off on the other, as if it can't decide whether it wants to be a bed sheet or a toga. Horrible.
And that over-ruffled, hand-eating bathrobe in blue the other gal is wearing isn't much better.

Tom: I don't think we should have let Padma eat those mushrooms at Townhouse.
ReplyDeleteTony: I told you I tasted headshop. She's your problem, I'm going to hit the hooker in the blue dress.

ReplyDeleteoh, wait, that's Tom.
I agree with Making Space, I would have thought these guys would have been galavanting around town in a limo, NOT hailing cabs. Puh lease!
ReplyDeleteMaking Space, it's not far off from mierda either, which is what I thought of.
ReplyDeleteSo, Syd and I will be passing on Marea since I don't want to throw up and she doesn't want to eat s#!t. Ha.
