    I think the first thing we all thought of was: "Shamu is gonna be so happy!" I was intrigued by most of the dishes, too. Yum!

    I *thought* he made a gross crab crack. Disgusting.

    If I could dine at any restaurant in the US, my first choice would be the Inn at Little Washington. My second choice would be Alinea, FWIW.

    Syd, you would love the Inn. The food is incredible, the restaurant is beautiful and the area the restaurant is set in is a little slice of heaven. I say we have a Blogger's Meet Up in Virginia.
