ReplyDeleteToo funny Susan, it's called the Vending Machine challenge. You get a roll of quarters and a vending machine stocked with crap. You try and figure out an amuse bouche to make from said crap. The Classic Cheetos amuse happened when this chef was last in line at the vending machine. His phallic offering may have been bad food but classic Top Chef tv.
