Ten Things...
Saw this meme over at Troll's and thought it looked fun. I've been assigned the letter G. If you want to play, leave a comment and I will assign you a letter.
Ten things I love that start with the letter "G":
Grandchildren - They are black holes of love and wonder. Definitely the greatest thing since sliced bread!
Gyroscopes (and their lovely gimbals!) - I've had a fascination with them ever since my older brother received one for Christmas one year. Three cheers for Foucault!
Geese - There is nothing like silence broken by a huge flock of geese taking flight.
Grover - How can I not? He's loveable and furry, and so surprised when he finds out that HE IS THE MONSTER AT THE END OF THE BOOK!!!
The graceful, gorgeous, galvanizing and grand Guggenheim Museum - one of the first places I go when I hit NYC...it still takes my breath away.
The fractal Geometry of nature. Stunning.
Gin. No explanation needed. That's it. Gin.
Ganache - Well, duh! Chocolate and heavy cream - may well be the perfect food!
Garlic - That glorious stinking rose that when raw is so pungent it will make you wince, but when roasted becomes at once so sweet and savory you will beg for more!
George (Clooney) - That's right. I'm a shallow, shallow ass...
