    Losing a dog is an epic loss. Theres not much to say other than, I have been there, it hurts like hell and i am so so sorry. Hes beautiful. I know you have loads of photos and that is a treasure. be well and know i am sorry.

    I am so sorry for this huge loss in your life. :-( There are no words to ease your pain. I hope you can take some comfort in knowing you gave him a wonderful life but these beautiful friends NEVER stay as long as we need/want. Take care of yourself.

    I'd like to thank everyone for their kind thoughts on Jake's quick and unexpected passing. I'm sorry none of you that love dogs never got to meet him. He was everything that was good about Dogs.

    And that's a lot - that's good about dogs.
    We lost our two elderly labbies last spring. The puppies are a joy but I will always miss Rosie and Heidi.
