Waiter, there's a Gator in my Soup!

Whew! I have to apologize for neglecting the Kitchen for the past few days but I just got back from driving the beautiful highways and byways of the South after two restorative weeks in lovely Florida.I'll be catching up on all the Top Chef Masters fun, Dim Sum Sunday (for next week) and bonus Florida vacation foodie fun.
